A really good place to earn some extra gold while you’re leveling up past 62 is in the Sporeggar settlement in Zangarmarsh . The Sporeggar use Glowcaps as currency for faction rewards and you can find them all over the west side of that zone.

If you have not already leveled up your reputation with the Sporeggar faction, you will be able to turn 10 Glowcaps in at a time to Msshi’fn until you reach friendly status. While that doesn’t seem like much, that still makes a stack of 100 more than nine gold - and, especially for herbalists, it is extremely easy to accumulate that many.

Mycah also sells two white Cooking recipes which sell for between two and five gold. Considering these recipes only cost two Glowcaps, that is a good profit.

• Recipe: Sporeling Snack : Worth roughly 4.5 gold on the auction house, this is a favorite for hunters everywhere as the pet food it produces a 20-point increase to a pet’s stamina and spirit. You can also sell or use the Strange Spores that you collect simultaneously with the Fertile Spores as they are a component of this recipe.
• Recipe: Clam Bar: Worth about 2.6 gold in Alliance auction houses, this is a straightforward cooking recipe that produces food for characters levels 55+. Nothing incredibly special, but a solid cooking skill nonetheless and Mycah is the only vendor in the game that sells this recipe. This is selling to people who don’t care to interact with the Sporeggar and would rather buy it on the auction house.

By auctioning these recipes and the items like Strange Spores which are used in their production, you can easily make several extra gold a day, offsetting any repair or skill training costs as you level up to 70.
